I appreciate the gluten free pizza crust and bread choices! I've always love Schlotzsky's and now that I've been diagnosed with Celiac disease, it has been a big help to have other options. However, I've found the Paris location frequently runs out of gluten free bread. I guess people are learning more about gluten intolerance problems and making healthy choices.
Good sandwiches and I really like the cracked pepper chips. However this location was not well kept and needed just cleaning of the tables as well. It was not all that busy at the time however most of the empty tables were dirty.

OK to eat in, if you get takeout the order is always wrong. Had to take it back twice to get the order correct.
This is my favorite restaurant in Town Centre. I love the Rubens, especially with extra sauerkraut. And the dark rye bread is oh, just right. All together, Schlotzsky's is my favorite sandwich place in Paris Texas.
