Teri always cuts my hair perfect.Never disappointed and very friendly.
Really went down from the way it use to be. Wait, get name called, wait some more, get seated down and then told that you are not next. I will never, ever, go back. I do not know if this lady is needing prayer for something going on in her life or needs to chage medication but that was just terrible.
Horrible customer service. Took my kids in for haircuts. The lady was clearly pissed off to begin with about having to cut a one year olds hair. She kept sighing and huffing the entire time making us feel very unwelcome. She then talked down to my three year old. I realize cutting a toddlers hair isn't anyone's idea of a good time but her condescending attitude was completely unacceptable. Kids can pick up on people's moods and I can guarantee that her attitude did nothing to help my child's anxiety over his first hair cut. Needless to say we will NOT be going back.
They don't understand how to run a business, 15mins before closing they denie customers saying we are closed..
