This is by-far and away the best kept secret in America. I would drive 500 miles to have this shop work on my car. In fact, I drove 525 miles. Great work, the ultimate customer service and friendly.
They are a good bunch of mechanics, I've had my pickup in there twice in the last two years! And both time they did a great job! I'd recommend them to anybody, if I need something fixed I'll be back in! !
Jason looked at, drove, and tested a car I wanted to buy. He took his time when there was a lot of other stuff going on. He explained the issues he saw clearly. I tried to pay him but he refused. I would recommend them to anybody in Paris.
My father raised me to be a auto mechanical. I thought I did a good but, I chose business after high-school and he was OK with it. I know a little. Enough to write a review.
I wish I had the same experience the other reviewers have had but I did not. I took my truck to Jason Henry shop and I told him that I needed one of my injectors inside of my carburetor repaired because it wasn't misting and I would like for him to call me before he made any repairs so that I would know how much it was going to cost. he didn't call and tell me anything so when I called him two days later he said my truck was 95% better but still was not getting gas so he needed to do one other thing and the total so far was $196. I told him not to make any more repairs because I needed to come up with the initial amount that I wasn't forewarned about like I had asked to be. He assured me that it was 95% better then when I brought it in. 1 hour after picking up my truck the same issue I took it in for was the same issue that had me and my children stuck at Walmart again. I was able to drive it to him the first time but the second, an hour after getting it back, it had to be towed. now my truck is back at his shop, he's asking for more money and avoiding speaking with me directly!
