I just want to let others know that if you want decent customer service DO NOT go here. This is not just a one time bad experience.
I have yet to receive the first phone call from them (Happened every time I called).
There field service technician neal Watson is the best in the area, he is well verst in his job.

This is a John Deer dealership. It has a reasonable on site inventory and helpful employees.
1st - the parts/service desk wait time is always long.
-Local customer
2nd - you can hardly ever get the guys on the phone.
3rd - They say they will call you back with price/availability and
4th - Could not return a damaged part. Ended up using it for a boat anchor - Kidding.
