If I could give 0 stars I would. Went there with severe abdominal pain, told me I was constipated and sent me home. A month later I found out through the doctors notes I had faxed to my primary doctor that it was an obstruction and kidney stones. I'm blessed that nothing happened.
Me and my wife moved to the Hugo area in late February 2017. I have never experienced such blatant Disrespect and Disregard. The hospitalist on the night shift are disgusting most recently my we'll being was placed in jeopardy by prescrbing triple doses of medicine I didn't need. I was taken to this God For Saken place by ambulance after spending most of the day in Hugo ER and the doctor on call picked a fight with me stating him my Cardiologist and the team of doctors will not be treating me with Narcotics and created a huge seen after I had sat for almost 2 hours. Oh by the way did I mention I was a heart patient with 3 stints. I've had 5 heart attacks. I have a Pacemaker Defibrillator. And am awaiting Heart Transplant. I have ejection fraction of below 18. Whole top of my heart is dead. I usually wait 3 to 7 hours for treatment. This is the same doctor who misdiagnosed me with Phnemonia twice and tryed to do a surgery in the ER. That I didn't need. That is the worst hospital and staff I have ever encountered. All my issue's are pending Formal Complaints and I will be contacting a lawyer. This hospital has frauded my Insurance for the last time and I will speak to them also on Monday. I recommend anyone and everyone to avoid that hospital. Me and my wife can give some hidious and rediculess stories of Paris Regional Medical Center in Paris Texas.
I have had major surgery in this Hospital the staff has been a number one the best ever the service the same and I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is anywhere near this area I also have gone into the ER and although a little slow they were very very busy and do very good job at taking the worst cases first very good service nurses are fantastic everything about this Hospital I would highly recommend
I would not recommend this hospital to anyone or anyone family members, I have a friend of a friend that works here and they have screwed them over royal and other issues with there health and pay. YOU KNOW IF THEY CAN MESS UP AND EMPLOYEE JUST KNOW WHAT THEY CAN DO TO YOU. WORST HOSPITAL IN TOWN
They also tried to bill me $8,000 for telling telling me the wrong diagnosis even though they put something different in their notes.
Been in over an hour this time with my mother who has a life threatening problem just being overlooked. This is the same as it's always been with this hospital. The majority of the staff don't care. Do yourself a favor and go to Sulphur Springs if you're able. Better treatment and care from staff than you'll ever get here.
