Hudson was super nice. My mom was there to get a new phone she left there happy with what she got ..she has a lot to learn..I am hoping the service will be as good in the future as it was today. Soooo..Hudson my man. Your patience and kindness towards my mother was greatly appreciated
This location is the best experience I've had at an AT&T retailer. The reps are very nice and went the extra mile to help me port my wife's phone number. Though the day I went in, I did have to wait in line a long while, that didn't bother me at all especially after seeing how they handled helping walk-ins. I Highly recommend this place!
Probably the highest priced AT&T store I have ever visited, with the worst customer service policies. My account has been screwed up every time I visited and they made changes to my account without authorization and I lost my unlimited data I have had for the past 5 years.
Too expensive. And the employees are more interested in getting the sale than they are about what you actually want. They don't get service in many places.
