Wow, the level of training these guys do must involve some sort of lobotomy. NEVER go here with an issue. NEVER go here to get a phone. And they won't have your accessory in stock either, so just go to a gas station.
I went to sprint in paris and was so pleased and so impressed with the help I received from a young man named Travis Griffin. He was so helpful and so knowledgeable with our phones. We have had phones from sprint for many years and been to many sprint shops and never recieved such wonderful assistance.
Best phone expirence I've ever had period, someone of the most helpful and friendly people I've ever met, the manager Michael is amazing. I would reccomend Sprint to anyone and everyone over at&t and Verizon as I've done the leg work.
Don't come here, for your own good.
They fundamentally don't understand anything about how Sprint operates. They don't understand that sending in a replacement phone has a deductible attached to it, it is NEVER free! They don't understand that the repair center in Sherman (the closest corporate store) does not have magic powers of looking up secret records that they don't have access to here - they just don't know how to pull them up here. They don't understand that Asurion is an insurance provider, not the lord of all phone replacement charges - if there is no insurance on a phone, then there will be no record for them. Sprint charges $350 for a replacement device, even if it's under a manufacturer's warranty still - you have to go through the manufacturer. They also don't get that you can swap out phones on an existing phone number, for example if your newer phone broke and you want to use your older one as a replacement. You'll just have to keep paying off that broken phone monthly still, until it's all paid off.
All facts that we painfully found out by calling sprint about 7 times, stopping by this store twice, and also calling the Sherman store and completely boggling their minds with the kinds of nonsense these people here have been selling us.
Travis and Devon were exceptional. Like Flo is to progressive, these two represent Sprint. 5stars and a thumbs up.
