Great store.
Went up there, picked Tile, scheduled an estimate for the next day...been sitting here 2 hours. They never came, called up there and was told by the secretary it was scheduled for tommorow as in 2 days from when we talked and agreed on "tommorow" which is today. Not a good indicator of professionalism.
I recently purchased some vinyl flooring form Carpet World. When I got home I noticed that one of the cases was opened and 2 out 9 tiles were missing. I called back to the store to tell them about the problem and I was instantly told that they would never do that. After much heated discussion about the issue. I was hung-up on. I called back and talked to the owner who offered and did bring me a replacement case. Now here is the problem, they never admitted their mistake and told me that they WOULD NOT SELL to me any longer. So if you do decide to do business with Carpet World make sure you get what you pay for!
