Store is clean and well organized staff was extremely helpful
I filled out an application over the weekend and called to check the status at the beginning of the week. The hiring manager was not there. I called this morning at a little after ten and was told by an employee Clarissa that the manager was unloading a truck. I told her I would call back later. I just got off the phone with the same employee. After asking if a manager was available she said maybe and I was put on hold for ten minutes then hung up on. I called back and explained that I waited just to be hung up on. I knew it was the same employee but this time she did not state her name when she answered. She nonchalantly said okay and I was put on hold again. Long story short if this is how you treat a customer then I definitely don't want to be an employee.Customer service is a must!
