Clean & tidy room. Spaciousness, well kept. Staff friendly, informative & helpful. Service was pleasant & willing to offer assistance. It was quiet & restful.
This is a clean, well run establishment. Everything we needed was provided, good Breakfast bar, and ice close to our rooms. Very pleasant sleeping and nice lounging area. Very close to a number of restaurants and fast food establishments. Good views! Highly recommend!!
The customer service at this place is great... The only reason for all the stars. The gym was nice, the breakfast was good, and anytime I needed something it was provided without complaint or hesitation.
Those at the front desk made my stay pleasant, rather than just bearable. Not sure if I'd come back to stay here if I had to come back, though. The lack of cleanliness made me uncomfortable.
Great location. Very nice rooms! I had an issue with checking into the hotel but the staff quickly solved the issue.
I stayed for almost 2 weeks from out of state. For whatever reason they put me in a room at a highly trafficked spot, sharing a wall with the elevator. I could hear the elevator bell each time it was being used. When I booked all that was available was a room with 2 queens. Nice room, plenty of space, but dirty. The sink was dirty, the handles of some of the drawers were sticky, and the inside of the drawers had food in them! I was very surprised at the lack of cleanliness. Also the first time housekeeping came in the bedding was removed from the 2nd queen. I had to get a 2nd comforter from the front desk.
Very clean and well kept, great breakfast. We spent a wonderful four days at the Holiday Inn in Paris, TX. My wife was there for an Art Workshop and everyone was so helpful. As we were packaging up to leave a young man named Rich ask my wife if he could help her, (she uses a wheelchair, and she was wanting to do it all by herself) she stubbornly said, "No," She has told several people now how proud she is of being able to do what needed to be done. "Maybe next time Rich, but thank you."
