It's ridiculously hard to get ahold of anyone in the office, but if you have a visitor they'll call or knock to find out who's car is in the drive. They'll do whatever it takes to keep your deposit, and their pet fees are insane. I left my apartment better than it was when I moved in and they charged me a BS cleaning fee of $175 for leaving a single box behind.
