Jesse Garcia CLEARY posted a review to the wrong bank... I have been banking with Guaranty since 2012 and I have never ever ever had a surprise fee. He is talking about Bank of America. Guaranty is a wonderful bank to be apart of.

What bank opens up at 9am? And your inside lobby closes at like 3?? Y'all are ridiculous... Please adjust your operating hours! Would be great for customers to come into a 'Bank' that offered friendly staff, say, between typical business hours of 8am-5pm or heck... 8am-4pm..? Please Guaranty Bank.. I know alot of folks who bank with you and we almost always say the same thing! Please change ur lobby business hours!!
