We have changed banks due to numerous problems stating with online banking. It will lock you out every 8 to 12 weeks without warning and you have to call and get password reset it will not let you do it from the website. Then the bank will lock you out of your account without warning Or calling because you purchase an item from China or Hong Kong. So if it's the weekend Or a holiday you go to use your card and won't work. I spent 2.00 and was locked out of my account on a Saturday afternoon and Monday was a Holiday so it was 3 days before I could use my money! And the manager at the other branche is rude and disrespectful. I would give this a -10 if I could. Now bank at a friendly respectful bank with Customer oriented staff.
