Just called to try to get lienholder information for a mutual customer and never received even an automated menu. Just music for five minutes then the call disconnected. I'm glad I'm not a customer and now I never will be.
Very good place and the people are totally awsome.....never had so much fun and laughter at a bank ever!!!
