I did not have to wait on a table. The host greeted us with a personal smile. We were seated in the bar area but had a good table. The server quickly took our order and was very professional and efficient. The food was excellently prepared. We had to wait a little longer to receive our food but the restaurant was packed with customers. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The service was super slow, even for a Friday. The appetizers and alcoholic drinks arrived at the table before the chips and salsa and non alcoholic drinks. We ordered fajitas. The veggies were raw and the rice was so undercooked that I honestly thought i broke a tooth while trying to eat a bite. I never got a refill on my drink. The room we were in was freezing. I was very unimpressed. We were there almost an hour and a half.
Always enjoy eating at Chili's. The service, the food and the cocktails are great! Close to the movie theater. Will go back soon.
Love Chili's Paris! Would eat there every day! Staff, management, food, & atmosphere is amazing . Ask to be sat in Jacob's section for the best dinning experience in town
Portions were small and unattractive on the platter for the Triple Dipper, big bites were not cooked, took way too long to get our food. We paid $18. for 1 appetizer and 1 drink (tea). Terrible quality for the money!
