Great chicken unless they get super busy or start to close store. This store functions better with Hispanic manager.
We always stop on our trip from Bartlesville, OK to and from east Texas to visit parents. B'ville doesn't have a Popeye's and I love theirs, always crispy and not greasy. On Sunday the lunch hours are very busy but the staff is quick and very polite.
The pro's great food. Got the food fast. The con's cashiers with attitudes, didn't get the order correct and asked for napkins because the dispenser was empty 15 min later as we were leaving finally putting napkins out.
Don't do drive thru after 7pm, chicken over cooked or you'll get served spicy Everytime they get closer to closing. Chicken is best at 10am till 6pm.

A very nice change from the regular chicken places. The chicken, shrimp, and fish all taste good.
