Freaking AWESOME!!!! The food is delicious and their web ordering is perfect, except if you want extra cookies. Order only wrong once, but the manager Renee was so sweet and understanding about my disability issue and she was such a pro when she fixed the situation. She sent me back with not only a correct order, but the wrong one too, and gave me a discount!!! She was very helpful with the newer products too. She knew just how to make a bad day a great recovery. I had had a rough day and she made it much better. Panda, you need more like her! The food is always fresh too. The web ordering is simple and although it lacks some functionality, it is flawless. The staff always nice and friendly and the floor was so clean and for a handicap person such as myself, that means alot!!! Its not slippery either. Also a handicap thing. If you get the urge or munchies, this is the place to be. Delicious food, nice people and if something happens they stick by you for it. Awesome full scores!!!
Went through the drive through. Spent 22$ on two people to eat, and the kid at the window had NO IDEA what lo mein noodles were when I asked about their noodles. I didn't get my teriyaki sauce for my chicken, and the Dr was out of syrup! When I call (3 times) nobody answered! Definitely not happy!!!
