You don't just leave a rude message and expect people to be nice to you back
Not even a customer with them. My sister used my phone to speak to Monica and she did and explained everything that was going on. And just now received a very rude message from Cathy, and when I called to see who it was calling she basically was yelling at me without yelling at me! Calling their cooperate office today! Like I said I personally DO NOT have an account with them and the message left for my sister was UN called for and very rude to say the least. Rethink how you speak to people.
I will add that Monica was very nice when she spoke to my sister and was even willing to help them! She gets 5 stars for the way she treated my sister.
They need to improve their customers service, but there a few there are willing to help u but most of them act like they dont want to help or take the payment.
Give you the runaround on there warranty cars not safety checked before leaving the lot
Not the best customer service. I had taken my truck to them to buy and they gave me one price, after getting the a few issues taken care of (a few weeks later) they told me that the mileage was out of their range. this would have been fine but i had passed on a few buyers to take it back to them. i just believe that you should stand by your word and if there is a employee that does not know what they are taking about then they should not be allowed to talk to customers.
Very unprofessional and unorganized never again will I buy anything from them... And my vehicle stalled out in Rockwall and they wouldn't even go and get it.. But will steady harass me for my monthly payment.. I give them no stars they don't deserve anything but to be shut down..
