I was not looking to purchase a new vehicle at this time. I asked the salesman, Ethan, about trading straight across for the vehicle I was driving. He told me about the 20% off special on the new Malibu and the more I talked to him and about options for financing and features the more interested I was. He was not pushy, he truly seemed to be looking out for my best interest. I am very thankful that I stopped in when I did. It was a great experience dealing with everyone at the dealership in Paris and I have not been this excited and happy about buying a car since my Suburban in 2003! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I feel that our salesman Jesse and the salesmanager Billy went out of their way to get us where we need to be on my new truck. They both also went above and beyond to get my son into the truck I traded in. The finance guy made all the paperwork a breeze and explained everything Crystal Clear. When I picked up my truck the young man named Gus helped me get everything set up and explained how all the electronics worked and did a wonderful job. I was saddened to hear that he had unxpectedly passed away. He seemed like such a Fine Young Man. I have bragged many times about our truck buying experience at Paris Chevrolet.

From the minute I walked in the front door, Ethan made me feel welcome. He helped me decide on the perfect car for my budget and even sent someone to Oklahoma to pick up the exact one I wanted. He spent time showing me all the cool features in the car and did it so effortlessly that it didn’t even feel like a sales pitch.
