Jessica was very pleasant to work with. I was able to communicate with her through email and text during my working hours. She was quick to respond and helped find answers to all of my questions. I asked Jessica to find me a specific model and interior/exterior color, and she did it without trying to push a car she had on the lot. She found me exactly what I wanted and had the car and paperwork delivered to my house. The whole process was so easy and pleasant. I highly recommend working with this team
I was greeted well and timely. I felt welcomed and appreciated. This was an improvement from an earlier time (several months before) that I came to handle my recall and I decided to leave instead. The Customer Service Rep of my recent visit is very kind, forward thinking and promising in talent. My ONLY critique is that something was done to my car which was not initially disclosed. I am not certain what happened (as three out of four were predetermined) but updated programming (non-mandatory) was done without my knowledge. Had I been asked or explained to what it was to be done, my experience would have been different, even excellent.
Love our salesman. Johnny has helped us with many vehicles. He knows what we want and always has several ready to try and buy. Service center always is ready to help and does. Not the closest dealer but in our opinion the best.
