I spent three days looking for the exact deal I wanted on a 1/2 ton pickup. They had the truck in inventory at the mileage, features and price I wanted. That part of the deal was pure luck but they brought the truck TO ME 2 hours away. They even came back with very competitive financing offers as well. Had I not had a great relationship with my credit union I'd have financed with them as well.

I had a Honda recall serviced here once as well back in 2009 and bought some OEM break pads as well in 2010. Both prior experiences were pleasant.
Over a year ago we bought a used 2009 Pilot. Part of purchase contract, 3-5 knick's, windshield would be repaired. Brought it in, got loaner, 6 hrs. later, work was NOT done! They subbed out work, we told them not to pay for it, WORK WASN'T DONE!! Salt to the wound, they didn't even ask us to reschedule; just blew it off as is it was not a big deal.
